While we are proud of the processes we have in place to ensure our products arrive at your home in one piece, sometimes in transit the boxes aren't handled with the love we would hope.
If you have received one or more broken or damaged products, complete the online form including your invoice/order number. Take a few (not-so-happy) snaps of the damaged products and upload to the form where prompted.
